Whatever age, or experience level you are,
We have a class to suit you!
Dragons (Ages 4-5)
These classes are geared specifically towards younger children. They are shorter classes and involve game-based activities that teach the basic movements and motor skills that are needed at this age.
Ninja's (Ages 6-11)
These classes are more advanced and involve the basics of Taekwondo and self-defence. Classes are centered on attention, discipline, focus and respect: All attributes that transfer effectively into the school classroom and home environment.
Teens/Adults (Ages 12+)
These classes are teenagers and above. A certain level of maturity is both learned and required. Through the practice of these classes, students develop self-confidence and the ability to make better choices as well as hone their skills as a martial artist.

Impact Taekwondo has been such a positive experience for my 7 year old son. Master Brown has created a warm, supportive environment where he is teaching children discipline, hard work, dedication and resilience. We have seen tremendous growth in our son in the few months that he has been going to Impact Taekwondo. Not only is he getting stronger, but he loves going twice a week and feels comradery and community with a great group of other kids. I highly recommend Impact Taekwondo!

I watched one of the competition classes a few weeks ago. Master Brown did an amazing job teaching the students of all ages and levels. It was awesome to see how he was able to motivate from the youngest to the oldest student. You can tell he truly enjoys his craft and teaching it to others.

Master Craig and his partner are great with the students! My son who is usually shy is always eager to arrive at practice. Parents and guardians can sit and watch the sessions. They make the students feel comfortable. They challenge them to practice specific goals based on the student’s individual needs. I am very appreciative of the work they’re doing with my boy and his buddies. Lastly, we are excited to watch the program grow in our community. In a short period, they have already established a good presence and making a significant impact.

My kids love going to Impact Taekwondo! If they don’t behave I tell them they won’t be going to taekwondo and it works like a charm. Craig is not only a highly skilled taekwondo master he is also very good with the kids!

We have had such a positive experience at Impact TKD. Master Brown has a great connection with the kids. He has really motivated my son to develop his skills. And as a former Olympian he is an incredible roIe model. I couldn’t recommend this program more highly!

My 6yo daughter loves taking "karate" here, as do two of her friends (6 and 8). Craig and his wife are amazing instructors and do so well with the younger kids, which is not always easy, and they all have a great time in addition to learning discipline, concentration, and of course the moves.
During Covid they've been very receptive to the environment and host on-line classes as needed, which I very much appreciate so our daughter still gets her karate and activity in for the day. Highly recommended.

Impact Taekwondo has been such an amazing opportunity for my 8-year-old! She absolutely loves it, and the sense of community that Master Brown and Kyla have created in a short time has been so meaningful. This has been such a positive experience for my daughter, and the fun she has while learning a valuable skill, in a supportive and positive environment has been so appreciated.
